The University of Arts in Belgrade has organised a conference titled “In from the margins – Sharing footnotes of subaltern knowledge and practices: Questioning North-South relations and ethics of international collaboration” in Belgrade from 26-28 June 2023. The Compendium and its community of experts warmly welcome Veaceslav Reabcinschii from Moldova as new cultural policy expert for the respective area. The expert was selected by the Board of the Compendium Association among the several applications that were submitted in the context of the Open Call for Experts for Moldova. Veaceslav Reabcinschii will prepare in cooperation with the Compendium Coordinator a first short cultural policy profile for Moldova in the upcoming months.
