In 1999, the Estonian profile was first prepared by Mikko Lagerspetz in co-operation with Ritva Mitchell. In 2014, it was updated by Mikko Lagerspetz, Margaret Tali and Kutt Kommel.
The Danish profile was first prepared by Peter Duelund and updated by Duelund, Bjarki Valtysson and Lærke Bohlbr until 2013.
In 2001, the Croatian profile was first prepared by a research team including Sanjin Dragojević, Pavle Schramadei and Nina Obuljen, headed by Vjeran Katunarić. Since 2003, revisions and updates have been prepared by Nina Obuljen. In November 2008, Jaka Primorac and Nada Švob-Đokić joined the team. In 2016, the profile was updated by Obuljen and Primorac.
John A. Foote, Senior Policy Research Adviser at the Department of Canadian Heritage, prepared the Canadian profile in 2008.
The Bulgarian profile was first prepared by a research team from the Institute of Culturology, headed by Rayna Cherneva. Updated from 2002-2009 by team member Rossitsa Arkova, chief expert at the Analyses Department, and Tsveta Andreeva, expert at the International Cultural Policy Department, Ministry of Culture. Since 2010, the profile was updated by Bilyana Tomova and Diana Andreeva.
Until 2018, Joris Janssens, Delphine Hesters and Nikol Wellens prepared the text for the Flemish Community (based on prior material by Els Baeten, Hilde Billiet and Bart Van Der Herten), Isabelle DeVriendt and France Lebon for the French Community, and Edith Bong for the German-speaking Community.
In 2000, the Azerbaijani profile was first prepared by Nigar Akhundova and updated by Akhundova until 2005. Since 2006, the profile was updated by Yashar Huseynli.
In 2007, the Armenian profile was first prepared by Artsvi Bakhchinyan, in co-operation with Nerses Ter-Vardanyan. In 2008, the profile was updated by Aram Mkrtchyan. Since 2010, the profile was updated by Yulia Antonyan, with the assistance of Haykuhi Muradyan.
In 2011, the Albanian profile was first prepared and updated by Kastriot Cipi and Stefan Çapaliku (Observatory of Culture, Tirana).
