During our 6th General Assembly of the Compendium Association in Valletta, Malta, Anna Villarroya from Spain has been voted as the new Chair of the Board of the Compendium Association!
Anna Villarroya is an Associate Professor at the University of Barcelona and is the expert author for the cultural policy profiles for Spain. Her main current research interests include: Women and cultural policies, cultural participation, labour cultural markets. Since 2017 she has been president of the European Association of Cultural Researchers.
At the same time, Adrian Debattista and Anna Kanerva have been reelected in their positions as Vice-Chair and Secretary of the board respectively. We are confident that together with the new Chair and the current Board of the Compendium Association we will continue the successful development of the Compendium. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Baiba Tjarve from Latvia for her dedication and work as the former Chair of the Board. We wish her all the best and look forward to continue working with her.
