Mutaleni Nadimi is a researcher at the Boekman Foundation. She follows the Audiovisual and Heritage domains for the Culture Monitor and tracks developments in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion as well as Digital Transformation within the Dutch cultural sector. Mutaleni has a master’s degree in anthropology from Leiden University and a bachelor’s in film from Bennington College, Vermont, USA. She previously worked in research support as a project manager at Erasmus University Rotterdam and has a strong background in scholarly publishing serving as editorial and production manager at the University of Namibia Press and commissioning editor at Macmillan Education Namibia. With a global perspective, Mutaleni promotes cultural exchange and cooperation within the field of cultural policy.
